Valley pan corners? And were heads machined during HG replacement?

Don't laugh at this..

You'll be hard pressed to find the leak quickly.
Put in a standard bottle of Barr's Leaks.

Jaguar used to run it standard in cars a lot more expensive than Disco's.

As long as it is not a head gasket, Barr's leaks will plug it.

I have been running it in our Discovery I for a few years now.
Does not plug the radiator and heater core. And, no leaks.

Replaced the head gaskets in the Disco I and head a few misc leaks.
Put in Barr's Leaks and - well, no green or orange on the ground now.

It is the standard Barr's leaks in the $5 bottle.

I had a 1991 Range Rover with a head gasket problem.
In Chicago - I had steam out the back pipe.
I put in two bottles of Barr's leaks and
by the time I got to Indiana - I had no more white steam out the back.

I got lucky.

I made it to Boston in that Rangie.
And, even then down to NY and back to Boston.

I have not wanted to use any sealants in the coolant, but at this point I am about to give in. I spent a boat load of money to change all the gaskets, I cannot do that again right now.

re: Does not plug the radiator and heater core. And, no leaks.

Any product can clog both of these IF they are not in good shape to begin with. Be sure to reverse flush to clean out as much crud before trying stoz leakz.

Consider borrow coolant pressure tester, then you can pump up to 20 PSI, and wait for leak, makes it easier to find if engine not running.

Do not use any Barrs leak in your engine. Send me your number and I'll call and walk you thru what to check/fix.

Well all the help is awesome. Mike I will pm you here in a little while. I have a bigger problem now. I have been throwing this p1668 code. The truck will died on me while im on the highway..not good! I ordered a BCU off line, but has anyone had this problem and been able to fix it without a dealer? Closest dealer is 2 hours a way and I can only imagine the charges.

see Fault Code P1668

Could be a wiring problem (dirty/loose connector, skint wire, etc.) Won't be cheap at the dealer.
