Default Coolant Leak

Coolant is leaking from the bottm of this silver thing (heater matrix?) under pressure.

See pic.

What is it and how do I replace it?

Looks like coolant is coming out of one of my heater core rubber hoses (hose next to valve cover) and is dripping on to this secondary air control valve. (thats what it's called right?)

I thought coolant was dripping out of this thing. I had the system under pressure and it was leaking like a sieve out of the hoses next to this thing. It was so soaked I thought it was coming out of the bottom of this thing.

I found my leak tho.
