Coolant leak from.....
Personally, I would never-ever wash an engine at a car wash. Many people have horror stories about water getting into connectors and causing tons of problems.
That's why I said spray it with some brake clean, which is harmless, and wipe it off.

Scratch that, found the expansion tank to throttle hose...
Wondering if at this point its worth buying a breaker bar, and popping off the compressor to see what I can see..
The financial/time investment is getting to the point of driving it to a shop.

I had moved the line from the expansion tank to the throttle bottle it snapped in half pretty easy. So not I have coolant everywhere.
**UPDATE SOLVED**
Simple fix... When inspecting for the leak near throttle air, the hose from coolant reservoir to the throttle air snapped, coolant went everywhere. Couldn't tell where leak came from then.
Luckily, the hose I just mentioned was indeed the problem. It snapped so easy there must have been a crack in it causing the leak.
$20 fix and the rover rides again.
