Coolant leaking from overflow tube and low coolant pressure.
Hello!
I have been noticing a small amount of coolant leaking from the overflow tube from the coolant reservoir, I have also noticed that the coolant hoses are very soft to the squeeze when the engine is at operating temperature indicating low pressure in the system. The reservoir cap is brand new genuine Land Rover and I have also tried a brand new eurospare cap both with the same result. Any ideas?
Thanks!

get an OBD reader that will display live data such as oxygen sensor data, RPMs, the mass air flow, and so forth. Report back with your coolant temperature idle and at operating temperature, city driving, highway, and then parked and back at idle. Better yet, buy a gadget like the Ultragauge or whatever it is, even a dedicated coolant temp gauge. Anything to do with coolant system, you should know what the temperature is at all times.
the coolant level is correct / slightly low when cold but does rise in the reservoir as it gets hot. 96 degrees Celsius and the system holds pressure. I have not bled the system of air and it does have a newer looking upper radiator hose. The truck is new to me and is a 2004.

If not overheating & not leaking anywhere else but the overflow tube, it means the O-rings of coolant cap don't seal against reservoir neck properly, if you have tried 2 new caps & both leak then it could be reservoir itself, is it a Genuine coolant reservoir or aftermarket? I have seen some (not all) brand new aftermarket reservoir's that can't seal against cap's O-rings, due to not being %100 round at the neck, (I have even seen them turn oval when getting hot) if yours is aftermarket try changing it with a known good one & see what happens,
