Default coolant loss 03 disco

I am losing some coolant from it looks like the rear portion of the drivers side of the engine. Last week I had the throttle body heater gasket replaced because I noticed the slight loss of coolant and saw it was corroding around the gasket, driven normally since then, drove not far from home today, noticed when I came to a stop sign the idle went really low and it felt like the engine might die, stepped on the gas and it drove normally, next stop signs no idling problems, drove back home & parked it in the driveway, looked underneath and noticed about a pancake size puddle of coolant, opened the hood to see if I could tell where it was coming from and took the attached picture. Just had the short block replaced in March of last year, had no warning lights come on, temp gauge never went past half, other than the low idling Ive noticed a couple of times running normally, any ideas what might be causing this?

108,000 miles, when the short block was replaced I think they did the gaskets at that time but not sure.

I have to say either head gaskets or valley pan gasket.

Don't drive it much of any, make sure to bleed the coolant system, keep the coolant level all the way up to the cap and have a shop do a coolant test to verify where it is leaking from.

update: took it to the mechanic, turned out to be a small tube next to the throttle body that was leaking, had it in stock for $25, replaced and now no longer leaking coolant. Thanks for the help.
