Default Coolant reservoir leak

Through the help of nice people on this forum, I was able to replace the coolant expansion tank on my 2003 Discovery.

The process was really no big deal as described by one of the respondents of my post. You first had to order the part from Rockauto or Lucky8, disconnect the 3 hoses, reconnect them to the new tank, and then elevate the tank. With the tank elevated, refill the tank with Zerex coolant (choose the orange or gold colored one - it will say for use with Land Rovers). Then you need to open the bleeder screw which is very hard to miss since it's right smack in the middle of the radiator hoses.

Thank you everyone. Here's my problem though - I topped off the coolant up to the Cold level of the tank - after using the vehicle, I would see a puddle of liquid next to the right front tire. When I pop up the hood, the coolant level will be about 1 1/2 inches lower in the coolant tank.

Any thoughts on this? I thought I was done with this repair.... BTW will it be ok to drive the vehicle?

Thanks

Al
