Default Coolant spill through breather tube. Is this normal?

Recently the coolant in my trucks coolant has been boiling after it gets warm. It's so hot that it spills through the breather tube at the reservoir. Is this a sign of anything? I occasionally have to add about a water bottle to keep it full. I had the head gaskets done about 3000 miles ago , I have a 2000 II with 123000 miles. I've also noticed a small leak by my throttle body which I'll be fixing next week. Any idea what could be causing this overflow?

First, stop driving it, no it is not normal and if you continue to let it do this you will turn that engine into a boat anchor.
Send me your number if you want me to walk you thru what to do and check.
