Turner sells them but I believe there are 2 or three others as well.

Google rover v8 top hat liners, or rover v8 flange liners.
There are quite a few top hat liners suppliers but not all of them have o-ring seals on the bottom. These are a necessity.

I believe all the o-ring liners I found were around the same price and reputation so I would just find the least expensive set shipped to your door.

Also, you can save a bunch of money my removing the old lines yourself.

The proper removal of old iron liners is to machine them out (prob half the liner install fee) but several people have demonstrated that it's possible (and easy) to slide the factory liners out by heating the block on a grill and just pulling them out.

Ok quote in from turner, found a machine shop that will do it, bit of a drive but...
see if it comes in cheaper than q & e. Thanks for all of the input. Now since it's already torn down, any opinions on camshaft ?

Never ran a Kent cam or seen the specs so hard to say.

I do however run the 50229 in my carbed 3.9 it along with the edelbrock intake, holley 4 barrel and long tube headers make it pretty lively in the 110.
