Default Cracked Gutter Repair

I have hair line cracks that allow water to ingress to my passenger side headliner. My question is, what kind of silcone sealant should I apply? .... Like what type of brands and where can I get it? And I need something permanent or is there a better seal for these cracks without using silcone sealant?

Black RTV. But if the water is near the front windshield, the seal around the windshield can leak and water be forced into the head liner.

The leak is in the upper passenger side corner of the headliner

Right where mine was. I coated the gutter with sealant, no help. I pried back the plastic strip at top of windscreen and saw where I could add RTV sealant behind it, and that corner piece. I was able to put a clamp on my corner via the front A pillar with door adjar.

My 04 is doing the same thing, with the tech order if I go to the dealer will they fix it? Or will it cost me $2500?

Where exactly should I put the sealant? I don't want to block a drain.
