I am not sure if this guy is on here but he is out of his mind. 12000 dollars for his truck is just ridiculous.

It's a good looking truck. But not 12k good looking. Doesn't even have a lockable CD. But hey, ya gotta start the negotiations out somewhere.

I wonder the status of the oil pump. tick...tock...

He might be trying to justify the relatively low miles, guard, and winch. But even then, you can get an 04 for less. 10K is even too much. With that said, it does state "OBO" so I hope that after he sees no bites that he will come to his senses. Maybe he just doesn't really want to get rid of it that badly.

Hopefully he'll understand. My 01 in near perfect shape cost me less than half that. I can't imagine an '03 with slightly more miles would cost much more.

Living in Pensacola you don't have much in the way of mountains to play on nearby. That leaves beach, and salt marsh mud as two possibles, both do a number on the underside if not washed off. That marsh muck is sticky, stays up in wheel arches, hidden places. With the salt.

Its a nice truck but not $12k nice. If it had the head gaskets done maybe $10k. I did pay $17500.00 for mine cash years ago with 30k on it and Im the 2nd owner at the time I thought I got a great deal, the local dealer had the same one for $27000.00. We all think our Disco is worth more than it is. Hell I said before that I spend more keeping it on the road than it is worth. I still love the damn beast! No plans to ever sell it.

That's the first time I've seen that model ARB on any truck besides the catalog. I do like the wheels though...

There is a reason it is at a dealer.

Divorce

Wife said wants newer truck or vehicle.

Or -
probably -
it has an undisclosed - undocumented problem
Probably head gaskets.

Look at
Official Kelley Blue Book New Car and Used Car Prices and Values
That's all it is worth - period.

Looked up Excellent Condition

For KBB it is saying $15,000 for 60,000 miles.

Private party $13,000

I would not pay that much for one of these.
I would get one which is BLOWN UP and pay little.
