Default Creaky noises coming from rear end after long drive

Ive noticed a creaking noise coming from outside the vehicle at the rear end of my Disco. Sounds like it may be the coils or shocks? Dont hear it when I get in the truck but after 20 minutes of driving to and from work once I turn the truck off the creaky noises kick in. Is this normal? Do springs/shocks make any type of creaking noises like this? You can make replicate the noise my moving around in the truck. Recently installed a new TF 2" suspension lift so I dont expect any of the kit would be failing on me. Have not noticed any saging on either side of the truck either. Thoughts?

May sound stupid.. dry bushings maybe? Possibly the old bushings that you may not have replaced?

I have not replaced any bushings yet. Hoping to wait a little longer (Spring before I tackle bushings). The creaking sounds metal like though.

Im not exactly sure where all the bushings are located. All I know is it sounds like its coming from where the coils are. Yes the coils are installed in the seats properly.

I get creaking going over speed bumps, but my shocks are shot. have also wondered if it's bushings.

You can always shoot them with some spray lubricant. If they are shot that may shut them up for a bit. Mine have been quiet for 2000 miles. But they aren't exactly shot either. Just dry.

x2 on isolators. no way it is exhaust pipe cooling off? it is right there at the ds rear coil as it does its funky s shape to get to the bumper area.
