Default Cutting out at 1800 rpm

Hello all, having some issues with the disco it will start and idle sweet as a nut no problem, but as soon as I rev it up to 1800 it splitters, engine management light pings on and just cuts herself out. Just looking for a general direction to head it to get to the bottom of it cheers!

Do you have a way to read the codes? If not, a cheap OBD2 reader can do that. We need quite a bit more information to go on.

+1 OBD codes. First wag is fuel delivery trouble.
