Default Cylinder head bolt lube type

I'm ready to start installing my milled cylinder heads using new stretch bolts. I'm confused as to what is "cylinder head bolt lube"?? Is is Red loctite?? Oil?? Is it something I can get at a local auto parts store, advance, autozone, napa, and what is the exact brand to buy?

Thanks
Ben

I used regular motor oil but don't let them be dripping, just damp and slick. Might get hydro-lock Or Oil-lock in this case if they have too much oil on them. b;ow out bolt holes with compressed air before installing oily bolts

Use a sparing amount and remember it will only fit in the fine tolerance between the threads. If you put too much they will either work loose or more likely cause damage as you compress the oil.

I've read a tip to oil the heads and Teflon the threads lightly to prevent seizing

although im unsure on that, idk how teflon holds up to that amount of heat
