Unhappy D1, ABS, blue, 4 pin connector?

In order to read ABS codes there is supposed to be a blue, 4 pin connector behind the black cardboard kickpad in the RH footwell.

Help I can't find one there or on the LH side or under the seats. Where is the little bugger hiding??

Don't suppose they decided to almagamate it into the ODB connector on a 98?

Thanks for any insight.

Found another post from a 97 owner and apparently the ABS codes CAN be read (and cleared) from the OBDII connector on my 98. I just did it! yipee
