D1 High Idle, missing, & P1313
I need help. I am having no luck. Maybe I need a fresh look at my issues. I will try to list out what I have going on and what I have done. Please help. I feel like a tow to the dealer is in my future but that would be a 90 mile trip.
Here is the order of events:
Truck was running and idling pretty good. No check engine codes at all. It
at times had a slight stumble at idle but this wouldnt last long and it didnt ever throw engine codes. I decided to change spark plugs, wires, and clean my MAF sensor to try to improve my MPG and see if it would gain any power. I installed Bosch +4 and 8mm wires. drove for about 12 miles and everything seemed good until I pulled back into my neighborhood. It
started to miss and stumble and the check engine light came on. I checked under the hood and noticed that a plug wire had come off the
coil pack. I could see it arcing. I stopped the truck and put the plug
wire back on. I started it up and it seemed to run better. I drove to Auto Zone to have them clear the CEL. Auto Zone pulled the codes and cleared them before I could write them down. I think it pulled three and one I think was a P0303 or something close. I drove home and it threw the engine light again and it was missing. I rented an engine code scanner and it pulled P1313 and P1316. This time all the plug wires were on correctly. I decided to clean the MAF again. After I did this and I introduced a high idle problem. On startup cold or hot, the engine idles at 2000-2200 RPM. Its doing this and throwing an engine code. The engine code it continues to throw is P1313. This is the only one it is throwing. I can clear the code and drive around the block and it will come back on. I have change the plugs back to new Champions, I have put the old spark plug wires on, I have confirmed that they are wired in the correct order, I have looked everywere for a vaccum leak (maybe I am missing it). I cleaned the throttle body, I have put on a new IACV. The only thing I havent done is tried swapping out to another MAF Sensor or changed the Coil Pack.
Sorry this is so long. Any ideas?

Its a 96 with 188k on the clock. The plug wires were Kingsbourne and then I switched back to the stock plugs. I have checked over it several times. I might be missing something small but I dont see how. How can I check the coil pack to make sure its firing corectly? I checked the fire order to make sure the plugs wires are right and they checked out good. When I took out the +4's the plugs on the driver side were pretty wet. I dont know if any of this means anything. Any chance the MAF is causing this? Could I have a stuck valve? Should I continue to look for a vaccum leak? Where should I look next.
Update, I swapped my MAF sensor with a known working one and had no change. During this process I noticed that my MAF was missing the o-ring seal between it and the airbox. I got a replacement and put my MAF back on. My idle is a little lower but still between 1200-1500. Sometimes it will drop down around 900-1000. When I put the truck in gear it will bog the motor down to around 600 rpm and it starts to miss and has almost no power. It is still throwing the P1313 code. I cant find any vaccum leaks. I am still lost. Stuck exhaust valves or maybe the cats?

Update: I have to pull the heads on my D1. Number 3 cyl has no compression at all. Stuck or bent valve or maybe just a blown head gasket although I am not losing any coolant. Fustrating put part of it.
