Don't give up on these type of things, there always seems to be a loop hole that you can catch them on. Hopefully the results you get today are good, keep us updated on this, you might be able to help someone on here in the future.

I just got off the phone with the warranty company and they are going to pay for everything!!!! I faxed info from the LR Disco Workshop Manual detailing HD springs are within specs and also my receipt from Atlantic British demonstrating the springs I put in were the same as those in the manual. It probably didn't hurt that I informed them I wasalso sendingeverything to my attorney's office. Magically, this all became a misunderstandingon their end and I've certainly accepted their apology! The only amount I'm responsible for is the difference in labor charge between LR and the contracted $75/hr. Thanks for the constructive advise!

Glad that it is working out. You threat with a attorney and they are going to cover your claim.
How long have you been without your trk? How long would it have been if you had the money to fix it yourself and didnt have to do all the back and forth and legwork?
How much was the rental car? Are they paying for that too?
My point was that there is a max $ amount that they will pay, everything is a battle and in the end it just isint worth it.
Unless it is certified used and they are extending the manufactures warrenty, dont waste your money.
Any finacial adviser worth their weight will tell you that.
