But when it works right Air Suspension is awesome. There’s a reason why LR still uses it 30 years later.

 

I am the original owner for this 2001 D2. I replaced Bags 2 times the entire time. I have had no problem. I have 2 new bags as back up.
I truly believe it's the Valve block where its leaking. When the weather is good everything works fine. It's when its too cold. How hard is to replace Valve body?
I can get fairly reasonable new valve body on ebay or Arnott for reasonable.

I have not found a write up on how to replace the Valve body. will appreciate if you have any suggestion since you mentioned you overhauled it.

 

That RMT unit looks correct. I really can’t speak to it though. My P38 is different and my D2 never had the air springs. Personally I would do what it takes to keep the air suspension. That price for the valve block looks really good.
