D2 Four inch lift recommendations

This is what I use:
terrafirma(TF) +3" adjustable shocks
TF +2" medium duty springs
2" spring spacers
front and rear spring retainers (cones for rear, bars for front), you need to source longer front shock bolts...
what you do with the castor rods is up to you. ~2" lift = ~3 degrees. I have 6 degree rods, which levels the spring mounts, steering a bit firmer. I tried OEM rods, and the steering was very loose on highway and road ruts. probably can get away with 3 degree. BUT, the trade off is the angle to your driveshaft. OEM style double cardan (front driveshaft) only really works well with ~10 degree or less angle on the diff joint side......I went with a lighter OEM style driveshaft which had minimal vibrations...but, am considering a double double cardan for front,,,,,,rear is still fine with rubber joint, but I have the upgraded d-shaft and flange to install someday....
The ride is mildly firm on lowest shock setting for street. Definitely comfortable for drives to work. And the body roll is minimal on turns. and I have a level disco with steel bumpers and front winch and four passengers, and heavy duty jack and tools.....
I had TF heavy duty shocks and springs and they were like rocks....
