Has anyone tried to replace just the pump on a D2? I've got everything out but can not figure out how to get the pump out of the black housing. It is sealed and I see no way other than breaking it to get it out. I'll probably end up sending the pump back and just getting the whole assembly. Any help would be great.

 

The RAVE CD should cover that. The download link is all over the forum. quick search. If the RAVE is already what you have been following I apologize and have no more advice. Just curious how do you know the pump is bad? no offense intended.
