where could I find drawings for replacement bumper for 99´ discovery 2 ?

I'm not a welder but I have a men who knows welding but doesnt know 4x4.

www.rovetym.com or www.hicountryoffroad.com They make a bumper that looks pretty identical to the example you gave.

 

PM DiscoMike. He has some plans for his custom made front bumper (and sliders).
