D2s left on the road...
So, my wife and I have been looking for new products to develop since we did the stainless door lock pin.
I looked up the numbers that Land Rover North America published in their retrospective book and according to them from 99'-04' 115,834 were imported into the US and Canada.
So, what percentage do you guys think are still on the road?

A lot more could be on the road if people hadn't relied on the temp gauge alone or some mechanic that didn't know his way around a V8 motor....
75% of the ones listed on CL or FB Marketplace = Blown Head Gaskets. The other 20% is anyone's guess on maintenance and interior/exterior condition. That leaves 5% that are babied, cared for, and properly maintained.

There's probably more yellow Kalahari left than orange G4 editions. The 4.6 engine was the death of the '03-'04 models. I just recently had to replace the engine in my G4 just to keep it alive. I was trying to buy another G4 but the ****head seller pulled the rug out from under me.
