Default Daily Driver or Only Vehicle

After reading the other thread about being to "scared" to go off-roading, I was wondering how many of you out there use your disco as your daily driver, and still use it to off-road with? Right now my 2000 is actually my only car, but that does not stop me from taking her out and having a good time!

Not only do I take mine off road it is my daily driver as well as our emergency vehicle and our back up to the family car AND it is the most reliable vehicle in our fleet of 2.

Mine pulled double duty as daily driver and off road. Even though I had a second vehicle I tended to drive the Rover more since it was smaller and wore maneuverable than my full size pickup. If you saw any of pictures I posted from my off road adventures I didn't really back down from much on the trail.

Daily driver, but pretty well my only vehicle as well. My Pontiac GTP is only good for driving around town and to nearby towns. Too high of a gear ratio, doesn't get any better mileage than the Disco, and has no AC system.

I've put ~~25,000 mi on mine in the last year.....daily driver / work truck / family car when I'm home. 90% on road ,10% off road
yes I've had to do a lot of work to her but I've never had a vehicle that I've enjoyed this much.

For the last 35 years Land Rovers have been my daily driver/off-road/only vehicles (except for a couple years in the early 80's when I made the mistake of also having a VW camper).
But I don't mind living on the edge. LOL

I agree, I have put 19,000 on my Range Rover in the past 6 months, my Disco is for off roading in. I love the way the vehicles drive and there is no way I would trade them for a Prius peice of crap to get the mileage. They cost a lot and always need service but that is the way it goes and I love it.
