Did you just buy this truck on Cars & Bids (the 2004?) If so it's awesome.

It's somewhat easy to repair (as above) the leading edge up by the windshield with glue and weights and some extreme care not to get glue everywhere.

However, right above the radio there is much more challenging to glue down and get looking good. I've tried. Not saying you couldn't do it, I just couldn't get it to stay down.

You can and will find a replacement dash. I pulled one a few mod ago (tan though) for my 2000 in near perfect condition from a junkyard. Took me 3 hours. I have 100% seen 2 perfect black dashes in my time going to junkyards in the last year here in OR / WA / CA --but never thought to take them as mine is an 00.
