Hello all, I need to replace a warning bulb on my instrument panel 1999 disco II, how do I get to the blubs on the instrument panel, does the dash housing come off????? and how hard are the bulbs to get to??

I am not sure about a DII, but on a DI lower the steering wheel as low as it can go, then there are two screws at the base of the instrament cowl, remove those screws and then carefully remove the cowl.
That is how you do it on a DI. A DII should be similar.
