Exclamation Diagnostic help please

I posted earlier this week with some codes (6 I believe) but when I went the other day to clear them I got all of these... Most I can't find the meaning of so I was wondering what you all thought. First off though, I am only noticing a little bit of a rough Idle on occasion and some minor loss of low end torque. Other than that it runs like a dream. The CEL came back on but I haven't had the time to recheck. I have an appointment with the mechanic for next week but wanted to run these by you all first. What do you think?

I would start with a good tune up.
Gear ratio incorrect is a bad MAF or low battery voltage.
SO have a tune up done, clear the codes and see what comes back.

I recently had the timing cover gasket, oil pan gasket, water pump and water pump gasket done. But that has been a couple of months. I was thinking the same thing as spike as I haven't tuned it in about 30,000 miles. What about the transmission and transfer case code? Oh and do you all think I should go ahead and get a maf sensor?
