Differences between Discovery Models? S, SE, HSE etc.

Also as I am looking into the 2002 model (before May), what, if any, are the major changes they made after that, apart from the headlights, up to when the Discovery Series 3 was released (which I ****en hate!). As in were there any major changes to the engine/body or anything? So what im basically asking is from 2002 till 2004 (or whenever the Series 3 was introduced, ie. last Series 2 model) were there any other major design changes?

02 drives in great shape I've upgrade audio to cerwin Vega strokers 6.5 in doors amplified also 2 planet audio 12s an 6 Orion super bullet tweeters 4inch all being ran of 10.3 inch head unit power acoustic no air bags all converted ac will freeze you all electrical is perfect I've added bar lights 52 on top and 22 on front bumper brush guard also 18inch wheels new tires with matching spare asking 4500 for both 2000 runs motor is in great shape needs transmission work clear title in hand on BOTH.
