Different size pulley?
So I got pqr500060 pulley but that's the pulley on the right side. I need the one for the left side bits a bit bigger the one I need.
Can I still install the smaller one? Tensioner will just be further down

Do you have a stethoscope? You can listen to each pulley. There a number of things that cause a squeal when they fail and if we guess and are wrong... we just don't want to be guessing on your dime.
Spray grease on each one one at a time and figure out when the noise goes away.

It's not a pulley, or at least not a pulley bearing. When I spray the belt the noise goes away then comes back in a few seconds when the lube is gone. I also noticed the crank pulley has a slight wobble. I have a feeling that's causing the noise when the belt hits the outer edges of the purely it squeals.
I just had the same issue with with my dodge pickup, turned out to be a POS belt. After swapping the idler pulley, the tensioner pulley, and carefully investigating all the belt driven accessories, it still squealed (with brand new autozone belt). I shot some armorall on the belt and all went silent. I put a gates belt on and no more squeals..saved the squealer for emergency spare (in the truck). My cousin had the same issue with his Cherokee recently as well.
