I have the rear bumper off my '99 DII that was rear ended a year ago. There is very little damage; only around where the lights mount. I got another good used one but kept this one around thinking I might get a few bucks for it but now it's just time for it to go. Lights not included; I discarded them months ago. Sorry, but I'm not very interested in shipping it. PM me if you're interested.
