Engage CDL and make sure CDL light is on, Turn off Engine and Ignition, Start Engine Again, you should have the ABS and TC Light come on, this happens when my CDL is fully engaged.

The lights might not work like that on an ‘03. ‘03&’04 have a different SLABS computer.

Can't speak to an 03 but my 04 has CDL lights that come on when CDL is engaged. Doesn't show an ABS light however.

I think the way Theol describes is the way it works on pre ‘03 D2’s and Andino describes how it works 03&04.
