Default Disassembling rear "occasional" / jump seats

Has anyone disassembled the rear jump seats on a 7 seater? Here's why... I have one that needs a new plastic cover on the rear of it, it's cracked from someone putting something in the boot at one point. The piece isn't available as a spare part I don't think, but I'm trying to figure out if I can keep my seat which is in fine shape, and just replace this cracked back piece.

Pic is what I'm talking about - the hard plastic panel on the rear of the seat, it faces the cargo area when the seat is folded up, or the rear door when the seat is deployed. I'm hesitant to pull the cracked one off lest there's no way to re-attach a better one (this cracked backing panel is still very tight on there with no visible means of removal)

I checked the JLR parts diagrams and the seat is only available as a whole piece, not the individual components like the front or middle row seats.

If I could find one in a salvage yard I'd just start having a go of it, but ... no luck yet.

Bonus difficult questions: If it *is* possible to detach / reattach this backing piece, anyone know if I can use one from either a left or right side seat? (and are they diff from rear air to non rear air SE7's)

I was incorrect. Found better parts diagrams and this backboard is a spare part so it must come off with clips! Off to the garage!

#2 on diagram. Part # is the same LH/RH side too .

It will pop right out. Held together by trim plugs. See pic.
