Disco 1 wheels on Disco 2?
Yes if you swap the D1 axles with the rims. 
Seriously no the lug pattern is way different. For a D1 you can use, Defender, Range Rover Classic and Discovery rims.
Discovery II can run P38 Range Rover rims 1995.5 to 2002, Range Rover 2003 to whenever Range Rover Sport, LR3, and LR4 rims. The last 3 require new lug nuts and hub centering rings
