When you try to start the truck, does the tachometer move at all? If not, that indicates the the ECU is not getting a signal from the crankshaft position sensor (CKPS). It's either faulty, even though you replaced it, or it's perhaps not installed correctly. The spacers must be installed in the same orientation they were previously.
