My original feeling was grounding problem, I will check again with a some what clear head again tonight when my wife gets home from work with the truck. Going on her second week driving downtown to work with no signals.

 

Problem solved, thanks for the PDF of the circuit Savannah it seems the ground at the plug in the stalk is not grounded anymore . Spliced in a new ground and it works.
