Default Disco 2002 radio and parrot carkit

Hi,

I am new here. My friend has bought an 2002 disco t5d sls automatecomm.
I am planning to build in an Parrot Bluetooth carkit (3200 LS)
He has an factory installed radio like this one:
http://www.carstereohelp.com/stereor...rDiscovery.htm
I have bought an SOT cable like this:
http://www.navishop.nl/product_info....oducts_id/1430

Now my questions:

I want to remove the radio but i haven't got these removale tools. Can anyone specify me the lenghts and wides of this tool? I have an standard removal tool for an pioneer radio but that seems to be to short. That is about 75mm lenght. Maybe i want to make one myself

Does this radio have an mute wire? And what colour is io?

Any special instructions when installing this carkit? Should i swap like this manual is stated?
http://www.nexxia.co.uk/Installation...lation_SOT.htm

Thanks guys for all your help

Me either. I have a D1 and it has the BMW connectors. I can't use hands free....I can barely hear with the phone to my ear on speaker.... I don't think there is a mute wire on the 02's, but it may be different across the pond...
