Hello everyone apologies if this has been done before, but here goes the disco is the family car and now that the cold weather has started it doesn't want to get up for school!! It cranks over until the battery dies, but when connected to my other vehicle(jump leads!!) it starts first time, 2 years ago i had the glow plugs replaced and a new alternator, yesterday i put a new battery(type 072)in but still the same problem any ideas!! Thanks in advance

 

Im not sure, but it kinda sounds like it might be a starter problem. Do you hear the solenoid clicking within the starter?
