Default Disco I parts...

Hi. I have to my disposition a '98 Disco I for parts.
What parts should I gather as precaution and typical needs for common failures that will fit a Disco II ?
In my list now is the transmission dipstick set; What else would you suggest to keep for spares/transplants/adaptations ?
Glass? doors? locks ? airbag? alternator? window regulators? ignition switch? wheels? blower? steering pump, gearbox? ...

Very few parts will work. They redesigned most of the truck for the D2. I don't think anything on your list will work, though I'm not certain about the locks, which might be a good buy.

The CDL shifter will transfer into your truck, be sure to get every little piece that attaches to it.

The ash trays and/or drink holders might fit, so they might be good to grab if yours are broken.

The blower is a good thought and worth checking out, though if mine ****s the bed I'm changing to a GM one that blows harder. There's a thread about it somewhere on this forum.

I know the sunroof motor and water pump are the same on D1/D2 but I don't know what else, if anything....
