I was wondering if anyone knows if you can upgrade a 2002 disco headlights to the 2004 style? Or any other upgrades possible. Thanks, Jared

 

There is a difference of opinion on whether that would be considered an upgrade(the headlights are triple the price of the old ones to replace), but to answer your question, it is possible if you change the lights, grille, and bumper. Best bet would be to find a rear ended Disco at a junkyard, but you have to check often because body shops snap up Disco bumpers and lights pretty quick.

 

Yes you can. I agree with Gale, best to buy the front end parts from a salvage 03-04 DII. The wiring is quite tricky, and you must be into doing some cutting.

 

That's great to hear. I just bought a disco ii 2002 today and a friend of mine has a 2004 that he totaled. It's a secondary car for me to pull my boat and carry my radio controlled airplanes and helis in and I can allow for some down time to make it look the way i want to. Thanks for the info.
