Default Disco II on an engine stand

I searched the forums and couldn't find the size of my transmission bolts to get longer ones to fit in my Craigslist engine stand. The stand arms have about 1 1/2 inch collars.

So that no one else will have to hit an miss it like I did, the correct size is 3/8-16 x 3 inches. Four of them. T8.

Unfortunately the stand I have does not quite reach the fourth location (bottom most hole on the block) so I had to put it on a higher bolt hole. That makes me nervous so I put a strap under the crank pulley and lifted it slightly to take weight off of the bolts until I remove the heads for planing.

Best,

Charlie V

And if you are reading this, you're probably know what engine I have. But just in case: 4.0 Bosch.
