Here are a few pictures (renderings)of my winch bumper I am going to build for my 99DII. I would appreciate any comments on the design. You will not have to cut the grill out to fit most any winch.

What sort of material will you be using? Are you removing the crush cans? Are you going to brace those side wings?

Do you have these with dim's? Did you design it? If so can you e-mail mea copy, I have access to all of the autocad systems as well as pro engineer. The only thingI might changeis to make it taller ( to cover washer fluid tank) andmake sure youinstall tabs on the bottom to install a skid plate if you want to later.It'd suck to find out that you want a skid plate after you've already powder-coated it.

Sent you some pictures. Don't consider putting a skid plate on the front of a D2, they tend to overheat the engine when out on the trail on a hot day.
