you need over 13 volts or the tranny ecu will see it as a problem you should be 13.6 volts running.

Thanks for all the help.
Took it to an import repair place in PCB.
They have a programmer.
I am hopeful that it is at best a security programming issue and at worst a faulty ignition switch.
