I have the 245/75/16 BFG's on my Disco good size and in that size in BFG's its a load
range "E" up to 80psi a heavy duty tire.

I am very happy with how they fit and how they ride. SOOO much better than the 18's with 255's. Just need to get a 16" spare now.I think I will waitfor the 2" lift until after I pay the tax man!

You really want to run the 8" wheels which came standard on all the upper model Discos.
