Just ordered my rack from this site, you have to call in the orders or visit his place in FL. i found this guy is very helpful, timely shipping, great price for a great product. it has a small time business feel but it was exactly what i wanted. i also ordered the ladder and he took the time to explain how to install it and offered that i can call back anytime with questions. if you are in the marked for a rack i would check this guy out he is awesome.
