Looking for any advice on a 99 Disco start problem. No issues, then went to the store, came out, and 'click' as I tried to start. Jump start did no good and batt posts clean. Electrical items operate normally and battery appears good. No red alarm light. As I lock door with key, 'beep' which I believe indicates alarm malfunction? As I try second lock which usually gets the other doors, they don't lock. Remote locking takes care of all four door locks fine. Unlocks fine. I suspect alarm imobilized engine but have no idea how to get my Disco out of the parking lot except with a tow...dealer is an hour away. Any expert advice within this forum would be greatly appreciated.
