DiscoII overheating and explosive expansion tank cap! Please Help, stuck out of town!
Mine had a custardy like substance in the oil cap, I thought it was the head gaskets. It turned out to be condensation building up in the engine, that some how caused the old oil build up on the top of the oil cap, to foam up a bit. The cause of the condensation was from the daily temperatures dropping in my area. Some engine degreaser took care of my problem, but yours may actually be something else. Drain the oil and see if there is any milky looking stuff in there. Good luck!

Thank God I don't have a twin. I loaned my brother my cherry 72 Chevy P/U and got it back with a bunch of spliced wiring that caused it to burn the next time I drove it. Turns out he was playing bumper tag and knocked most of the wiring harness loose.
It's starting to get too entertaining - I'm calling BS on this, twins using the same account, breaking each others cars.
