Discovery 2 Automatic problem!

I have problem with my Discovery 2 2.5 td5 with auto gearbox (ZF4HP22).
I was in big mud and broke my rear diff so my rear wheels were stuck, I used to try to drive with no luck. After repair the rear diff, when I tried to drive again, the engine rev but it does not drive (it was shifted on D), I shifted to 1 and it drive again, then I shifted to 2 and good, the shifted to D and every good. but if I stop the car, happen the same so I need to start over 1,2,D. the trans shift smooth, no problem, just that I need to start driving on 1 then switch 2 and D. any ideas???
I removed the box and checked all the clutches, put new seals, install other torque converter, put new oil and filter, no luck...
