Default Discovery 2a td5

Hi guys I just opened the radiator reservoir and found this thing could anyone help to diagnose what's the problem cheers

I see a picture.
Looks like someone mixed Dexcool and another type of coolant, or maybe oil is getting into the cooling system.

from where the oil would be coming so I can chase it, and is it fixable? Thanks

Could be oil cooler issue. How many miles on engine? What does oil look like?

Oil cooler repair kits are responsibly priced and easy repair.

Or since it's such a small amount, maybe it's just something causing the coolant to act strangely. Does the rest of the coolant in the bottle look the same?
