Hi guys,

I'm looking to try and get a Discovery and could do with some advice. I'm hoping not to spend more that £4k and for that I'm looking at around a 2000 Reg manual diesel with around 100k on the clock if Autotrader is anything to go by. My main question is what engine a TD5 or 300...which is better? Does anyone have any tips on where to look and what to look for, ideally around the Poole area?

mostly Americans on here, and we didn't get any diesels. wait and see if there are any tips, but it may take a bit..
