I have an 01 Range Rover and have been using premium as long as i have owned it. The price of gas sucks here like $2.60-70 for premium. A filling station just started selling an 85% ethanol blend. I have heard that it runs the same as regular gas. From what i have read about it it is over 100 octane, and only costs 1.59 right now. Has any one tried it? this would be great if you can. looking for info.

 

It should run okay, I understand you can go up to 15% without modifiing the engine.. but not done it.. Ford are producing cars for sweden and so are saab.
Also check out Brasil as they have been doing it for years,,,

As far as cost for a gallon of fuel, I wish it was that cheap here in the UK... we are on about $7.00 a gallon..
