I am looking to retrofit my Discovery S with SE front seat armrests. I have the armrests and bolts....does anybody know if there is another part to attach to the seats? Anybody have a parts diagram? Thanks

 

I don't have a parts diagram, but I would imagine you just have to locate the receiving nut behind the seat covering. I have an '03 SE that has the armrests, and my passenger side is missing the little snap in cover. From what I can tell, it's just a bolt that goes through there into the seat frame.

 

Thanks..I have a bad parts diagram, it doesnt show that side of the seat. I looked at seats on ebay and it looks like there is some black piece sticking out of the seat. The bolt is actually not that long. Whatever piece I am missing has the mechanism to hold the armrest in position when its up and down...something to do with the black **** to adjust it.
