I was only referencing the Discovery wiki that the 2017 Disco is the 3rd generation. See attached screen capture.

I liked the off road capability and the all around camera, maybe my better half won't back into crap....and to think she want a f-250!!!!

I read on one review site that the 2017 Disco TD6 will get 39 mpg. If true, that's huge.

I told my wife she had to wait at least a year till they get the bugs worked out and I wanted to see if planks would come out with a power package for it. If they do, I see a diesel in her future

The TD6 will get 30+ MPG on the highway.

Mechanically it's the same as the RR and RRS, same wheelbase, width. Different body. Towing on the V6SC will be over 8,000 lbs. Diesel towing is just under 8K lbs.

They are mechanically the same as the RR and RRS so not too many bugs to work out on them.

Yea but I want a to tweak the crap out of that diesel and make it fun. I was a diesel mechanic by trade years ago and love tweaking them. Big fan of banks power though

This TD6 has been out for 2 years in the RR and RRS already. I'm not sure there are any tuners out for it yet though.
